In association with Lucis College, In a Crystal Garden now offers Anatomy & Physiology and Pathology Level 2 Certificate and Level 3 Diploma courses fully accredited by OCN. The courses are aimed particularly at those working in the beauty, complimentary and/or alternative health sectors but would be suitable for anyone with an interest in A&P.

Stoned! - An Introduction to using Crystals

A practical introductory workshop to explore the basics of crystal therapy for personal use. Attendees are welcome to bring their own crystals and pendulums.

Flower and Vibrational Essences for Home and Health

An experiential workshop looking at essences made from flowers, crystals and other sources, and exploring methods of use for personal growth and transformation.

Introduction to Shiatsu Form

A workshop introducing the fundamentals of The Form, the basis of shiatsu practice. You will need a mat, cushion and blanket. This workshop requires a moderate degree of fitness – if in doubt, please call for details.

More Shiatsu Form

For those who have completed the first session, this workshop looks at The Form in more detail and introduces the concepts of Hara, Points and Meridians. You will need a mat, cushion and blanket.

Five Phase (Element) Theory – Yin/Yang Energetics in the Round

Are you Wood or Water, Metal, Fire or Earth? This introductory workshop takes a look at this ancient world view and its modern interpretation, and how you can apply it to everyday life.

Meridians for Beginners

Meridians are the energetic ‘roadmaps’ for a number of Eastern massage and bodywork therapies. This practical workshop looks at some of the many aspects of this intriguing system and its applications.

Sacred Geometry

From the very beginning humankind noticed that there existed in nature patterns, shapes and forms which transcended anything imposed upon it. This experiential workshop aims to explore some of the energetic potentials sacred geometry presents.
